Italian Wine Report
2018 Brunello di Montalcino
Medium-deep ruby red; aromas of morel cherry, dill, thyme and dried red flowers. Medium-full with very good ripeness, medium-full tannins, very good acidity, restrained wood notes and good persistence. There is impressive complexity and good Brunello typicity. Another 2-3 years will help round out this wine; best in 8-12 years.
