From two hectares in the San Bernardo MGA within Serralunga planted with Lampia and Michet biotypes at up to 390 metres above sea level - quite high for sensitive Nebbiolo. An initial poultry note is followed by graceful strawberry and cherry with confected cinnamon. Full bodied and full of sucrosity, the supple palate shows great concentration and vibrancy, with carob, tobacco and forest floor notes allied to dusty, ripe tannins and almost zesty acidity.
